are mailed to the recipient of the certificate. Alternatively, the Gift
Certificate may be picked up at our office location. Please specify delivery

Herbal Clinic. Receipt for payment (including transaction I.D. number) must be printed and presented at time of
service. Upon using the button below to make a payment in advance, you will
receive an instant receipt in your email. PLEASE PRINT THE RECEIPT
FROM PAYPAL, AND PRESENT AT TIME OF SERVICE. You may also print the
transaction receipt from your PayPal Account. ALL RECEIPTS MUST
INCLUDE THE TRANSACTION NUMBER.
Payments made prior to treatment will not incur any
service charge fees.
